Who we are

What we collect

Account data: your email address and, if you choose, a display name. Product data you enter: campaigns, clip links, view counts, statuses and payout amounts. Billing: handled by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never card numbers. Usage events: which features you use (e.g. “clip created”), to improve the product. Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, retained for up to 30 days.

Why we process it

To provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to bill you (Art. 6(1)(b)), to send alerts you have opted into (Art. 6(1)(a)), to keep the service secure and improve it (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Community feed

If you tick “share to the community feed”, the campaign’s name, link, platform, rate, budget and allowed networks become visible to other signed-in users. Your identity, clips and earnings are never shared. You can un-share at any time.

Processors

Supabase (database and authentication, EU region where configured), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email, if enabled). Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. Email [email] to delete your account; all campaigns, clips, alerts and events tied to it are deleted within 30 days. Shared feed rows you created are removed too.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under GDPR, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority (for Germany: the Landesbeauftragte for your state).
