The service

Clipdeck is a tracking and analytics tool for people who earn money from short-form clipping campaigns. Clipdeck is not a clipping platform, does not run campaigns and does not pay creators. We are not affiliated with Whop, Vues, Vyro, Clipster or any other platform named in the product.

Your data, your numbers

Earnings, budgets and estimates shown in Clipdeck are calculated from information you and other users enter. They are estimates, not statements of account. Always rely on the platform’s own dashboard for what you are owed.

Community feed

Campaign details in the feed are contributed by users and not verified by us. You are responsible for reading a campaign’s rules before posting. Do not post false or misleading campaign information; we may remove content and suspend accounts that do.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). Keep your sign-in email secure. One account per person.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal rights for EU consumers apply; by starting the subscription you request that the service begins immediately.

Acceptable use

No scraping of the service, no reselling of feed data, no attempts to access other users’ data.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost earnings or decisions made based on Clipdeck’s estimates. Mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence is unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance.

Governing law

German law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
